program shutting down

Everytime i create a song, the program shuts down. can anyone help me?

First of all, sorry for my Enlish, I'm from Holland. I have a leagal version wich i bought myself, and I'm using windows 10. I can put in the audiotrack, lyrics and make my own settings. The problem happened sometimes also using windows 7. All of a sudden the program wil stop working and closes down, and everything i created is lost. When I save what I have done and try to open the program again, it wil close down also when I open the saved file. No matter what I try, it keeps closing down on me. I hope you can help me.

Do you have the latest release of the program installed?

Yes, just got a new computer so had to install all my programs again. But also with mij previous comuter this problem was there.

What is the exact name and version number of the program you are having problems with? Please e-mail a PK2 file together with a soundtrack file you are working on to [email protected] for testing.
