f8 key for sync doesn;t always sync words

when I try to use the f8 key to sync one line it doesn't always work. I then
use the sound track to get the words correctly synced. anyone else
having this problem

example

if the following line isn't in sync

those were the days

if " were the days" was not highlighted at the right time. the word "if" would be in sync.

I then would put the curs to get it sync at the end of the line then press the F8 key (snyc
I would then press the space bar to sync the line and when I'm done I close that screen but it didn't do anything or make any changes. tried pressing the space bar slow or faster than needed to sync which now should make it really of of sync but it does the same thing before I did any editing. so I go to the sound track and get it in sync there. the f8 key works sometime and sometimes it don't

I am sorry for the problem. Which version of the program are you using? You will find it in About window.
