Change programs over

I bought new Windows 10 computer. Loaded old hard drive on new computer. Click shortcut to power CD+G burner and prompt says no path to program. But I can find files in C drive....Help

Please run the setup file for the program to install it in your new system.

DO I FIND THIS ON YOUR WEBSITE AS PURCHASE OR TRIAL??
I DON'T SEE A INSTALL IN MY DOBLON FILE IN C DRIVE.
