Proceed automatically
I'm sure it's me. but bottom line, it's not proceeding automatically. I have to hit start to make a song play. I have proceed automatically checked. I have it cued to omit dead air from the beginning and end of songs, I have it cued to start 1 second before a song begins and allow one second after, and to allow 2 seconds between songs.
What might I be missing?

I finally got it to work. The best I can do is a 4-second gap in the music. I'm not crazy about that, but it is what it is. I changed everything to "0" but am still getting a 4-second delay. That's how long the program is taking to load the new song. I was hoping for no dead air at all. This is the only software I have loaded on this computer, trying to speed it up.adam wrote:What is a name and a version number of the program you are referring to?

OK - updated and running. Before I delete my database and give my next idea a try - let me ask:
Do you think it will proceed to next the song any faster if the only songs loaded in the database are the playlist songs? Do you think that will decrease a dead air gap between songs? Or it is what it is?
Thanks!

Just over 200k.adam wrote:How many songs does your database contain in general?
The playlist will only have up to 50 at any given time.
If I save the database and delete it, I can reinstall it from the saved file, right? This way I won't lose my singers and songs the like to sing when hosting karaoke. Is this correct?
