CONVERTING CDG TO MP3+G

Hi everyone,
i would like to ask you how can to convert the cdg file from Power karaoke to MP3 or MP3+g format, because i would like to use these files (songs) with my arranger Korg Pa , which can play only the MP3 or MP3+G files.
The CDG files are not recognize from my Korg (can't see them)

MP3+G is a pair of two files: CDG and MP3, so you should have a MP3 file for each CDG file you have. If you don't have these, there is not much that can be done, I'm afraid. There will be no sound without MP3 presence.
