Good afternoon.

Messaging on the behalf of my father in law.

He has bought a new laptop and I have reinstalled the software, but the previous unlock code does not work anymore.

I have emailed Adam @ info & support but receive the following message >

- SMTP protocol diagnostic: 550 permanent failure for one or more recipients ([email protected]:blocked,[email protected]:blocked)


Would it be possible to send through the unlock code please?

[email protected] is our primary email, please try again as it looks like a temporary server error.
