Try before I buy, testing Power Karaoke CD+G to Mp4 TRIAL:
- Convert to Video with Picture Background = OK.
- Convert to Video with Video Background = some big problems:
* Videos came out with black background.
* Power Karaoke CD+G to Mp4 FROZEN.
* Windows terminates program Power Karaoke CD+G to Mp4.
The main problems I thing was:
- Incompatible Codecs and Sizes were used in Video Background, if so, please let us know exactly what Codecs and Sizes this program needs for AVI & MPG in order to work.
- This program couldn't decode the video or figure out the way to work with different Codecs
- Incompatible Windows caused problems ????, I have try different compatible Windows and still the same thing happened.
I attach 3 files in different codecs for you to test below:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Dx6S1- ... sp=sharing
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cAOUS8 ... sp=sharing
https://drive.google.com/file/d/159qnxe ... sp=sharing

Please test, review and fix your program to work smoothly in this feature.
I would like to buy this program when these problems are clear.

PS: I'm using Windows 10 Home Edition - Laptop, Intel i7 6700HQ CPU - 16gb Ram

I found the problems: K Lite new codecs pack took over your old codecs, I had to uninstall K lite pack in order to make this program to work, My suggestion is you guys should update your programs to work with new codecs, even with ffmpeg in your program was 5 year old while there is new one available.
I'm awaiting for your news on this program Power Karaoke CD+G to Mp4 and I definitely will buy this program.

I did some analysis of the files and I had no problems with 011 and 017 backgrounds. 008 background fails to open in Windows' Photos app, which replaced Movie Maker and uses the same processing engine as our software. So my guess is that LAV codec (which is installed by K-Lite) is incompatible with the Microsoft' s processing engine that we use as well. We are unable to modify this, this is why using FFMpeg is recommeded in this case.
