To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Ralph R. Ortiz. About 5 1/2 years ago I purchased Karaoke CD+G Creator. I registered it and successfully downloaded it at that time. Since then I have had two hard drive failures, have moved to a different state and changed ISP. My email at the time was Soreknee7@att.net, but that is no longer active. It appears I have also lost any electronic information (userid, password) and documentation I had for your product, so I have no ID numbers to provide.
