Did you install the latest release of the software? You need to renew the program license in order to do this. Please visit "Renewals" section on Buy Now webpage to place the order.

Please use the originally downloaded setup file to install an old version of the program that will work with the unlock code you have. Old versions of our software are not available for download from our website.

re-loading the program

I purchased PowerBurner 2 for $39 U.S. and I had to reformat my hard drive on the same computer. I saved the program and re-loaded it and used my original UNLOCK CODE. I purchased your program over 1 year ago. Now it doesn't seem to work since I re installed the program with my original CODE. Is the CODE out of date after 1 year? I am using the same computer I originally installed the program on. Do I need to re-purchase the program?
