What posts are you referring to? I did not ask you to go to support page, but rather to send an e-mail message to support@powerkaraoke.com. You did not specify an e-mail message to contact you in your forum profile, and I cannot identify your order based on your forum user name.

Hello, once again I'm hoping to receive my registration number for my recent purchase. Adam asked me to go directly to support page, but the link does not work :(
I will cancel my order soon if no help, thank you!
