I am trying to upgrade the Pro software = order #197594 and you stated you cannot find a license or info on our software. We are not sure who purchased it and where we can find the license number. We have been using this software for years and need an upgrade. If we purchase a new software pro. should I resubmit the request for software and you cancel my VISA for $50. My email is
