Maybe you have an old version of the program installed that does not work with the latest Windows update? If so, installing the latest release will resolve the problem. Keep in mind a license renewal may be required to do so depending on a date of purchase of the original license.

When opening program message says program has stopped responding. How do you fix this problem? Only thing you can do is close it when you get this error.
