New Computer, Lost unlock codes

Purchased a Power CD+G Burner and Siglos Karaoke Player / Recorder 2 sometime back but replaced the computer. I have the respective icons on the new computer but the unlock codes are lost from my email archives.

Please help. 619-779-9186, 1songslinger@gmail.com. Thank you.
