I ran the exe file and restarted my computer. It seems this may have complicated things.

1) Audio tracks- When I load an mp3 file, I can see the visual image of the sound in the left pane (as usual), but when I press the "play" button, it cannot play the song (the button "presses in" but nothing happens). Alternately, if I load a wav file, nothing can be seen in the left pane, and the "play" button remains greyed out. (However, if I choose to try loading another soundtrack, the program does indicate that a soundtrack is already loaded).

2) Lyrics and syncing- If I type in lyrics after loading an mp3 or (phantom) wav track, none of the "synchronize" buttons enable (become colored), and cannot be clicked.

3) Creating a video file- The same problem remains present. When I click the "create video file" button, select settings, and press OK, the program immediately crashes with the following two errors:

My system is Windows 7 Home Premium SP1

I've been trying to do mp4 for the output format, but retried it with a different mp3 file and all the other output formats (API, MPEG, FLV), and see the same program crash with two error messages each time (it seems it usually lists PawLib.dll and ntdll.dll as the fault modules, although I didn't verify that every single time). I just loaded a .wav file and set the output to FLV, and got these two error messages (& noticed the first one is a little different this time):

What output format do you have set? What is your operating system? Please try to change a soundtrack file, and let me know if it helps.
