I recently purchased the CD+G Burner and am very happy with it. However during the purchasing process I was billed twice by their billing company. I brought this to their attention along with the appropriate proof and not only did they return the double billed amount but the original as well, along with their apologies. To me, this says everything about this company and their integrity. I will definitely purchase their other products with complete confidance that they will stand behind their product and company. I want to thank power karaoke and tell their other potential customers that they are dealing with a company that cares about their customers.
