Please open Help -> Unlock while keeping CTRL key pressed.

So, it's time to renew my license. No problem, did that and got the code ready. Problem is, "Unlock" is greyed out and can't be selected- so where do I enter it so I don't get the pop-up window that says my support license has expired? I need to be able to use the online portal without worrying about it not working for my Saturday show.
Please tell me I'm not going to have to completely reset my program and lose all my work on editing the collections for the online portal!
