I have received the info from Plimus that your order is processed.

I'm sorry, but the authorization of your credit card order did not complete, thus the unlock code was not sent. Also, we did not receive your PayPal order from Plimus (this is the company that is processing PayPal orders for us), it is possible the order is currently in the processing phase. You may try contact Plimus directly to resolve the matter. Did you receive any confirmation from Plimus regarding the state of your order? I have send the question regarding your order to Plimus. Should we receive any info, I will let you know.

As it says on the subject, I want my code TODAY else I want a FULL refund, or I will take legal action against you.

I ordered the software and paid for it in good faith today, but have NOT been sent the code.
I notice from the forums that this is not an isolated case and that many others have had the same problem with this, and your response is always the same, that the codes have been sent, I suggest you do something about this or you are going to have a hell of a lot of VERY pissed off customers, including me.

I am NOT prepared to wait any longer for this, I could have ordered alternative CD+G burning software for less money than yours and got it straight away, I will NOT be kept waiting for you to reply, unless I get the code or a full refund TODAY then I shall be taking action with Paypal to recover the money I spent, after all it was almost £25 GBP which I am NOT prepared to lose.

Sort this out and make friends with your customers, NOT enemies.
