Thanks, it would be a great feature for us.
We host big karaoke parties and it would be awesome if I provided a QRScan that people can use to upload photos that get put into rotation automatically.

Thanks again, love the software and all the updates.

I will add this to the list of a future features. In the meantime you may open Settings, go to Display and click OK -- the folder should get rescanned.

Thanks Piotr. That works for adding a directory. However, that directory must be loaded at the beginning of the show.

What I am looking to have is a directory that contains photos (jpgs) and the software queries the folder for photos as the show proceeds. jpgs that are added after the show has been started would be included in the random slideshow.

Currently, adding the directory will only use jpgs that were in the folder at the time that the show starts. Any new jpgs added as the show proceeds are not included in the rotation. The show has to be stopped, then restarted for the added photos to be part of the slideshow.

Hope that makes sense. It would seem to be a minor update...hopefully?

This feature is available in Siglos for a while now, you need to drag and drop the directory onto the list and it appears with '(dir)' added to the name.

Would it be possible to select a directory for background images, versus the current process of selecting the images?

Thought process: if a directory (folder) was selected, then the selected folder could be a Google drive or drop box sync'ed folder that could have uploaded photos to throughout the evening/party.

It would make for a fun evening to see "live" photos that are taken during the party or event.

Hope that makes sense.
Thoughts?
