I've used my siglos Karaoke Player/Recorder 2 since May 29, 2016; I've had no problems with it until now. My order number was 184476.
I thought that I was probably due to pay a renewal or upgrade fee, so I went to your download site. I tried to download a temporary version of the software. BUT I CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE YOUR PAYMENT WEB SITE.
Help will be appreciated, because I'm completely "in the dark" on how to upgrade / renew my Siglos program, I'm using an HP laptop which has Windows 10 loaded.
