The WAV file should be stereo, 44.1 kHz. Do you experience the problem for any WAV file you are trying to use?

I can't load .wav file
in the left panel it says "not loaded"
What can it be?
is there any indication of specific .wav format?
this happens on windows 10 and windows 07 I acquired 2 programs thinking the problem was an operating system
codec problem?
I have other audio editing programs that work with normal wav
please give me detailed information of what may be happening
