go to that location and copy it to the desktop
change the location in Siglos to the desktop copy
close and reopen Siglos. is the database fully populated?

Well what you could try in the mean time is just before song ends press restart delete the song he was singing which will move the next song up to top of that singers queue. then press start and it should let him sing another song. Or instead of deleting the song he was singing from his queue just ...
