Power CD+G Burner 2 will not accept my unlock code

I recently reinstalled OS to a new SSD drive…. Windows 10 pro…..

Now my Power CD+G Burner 2 will not accept my unlock code…. Its been so long since the original install that I’ve forgotten if I have to remove the hyphens in the unlock code or what..
PLEASE HELP!!
