Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

Can not create a video, software crashes no matter what compression I use, what format I use. It used to work until I updated and nothing now seams to work when I try to create a video. I tried using past pks that I was able to create avi's but they don't work now either.
