I was finally able to test this out. The track I chose I had to fix 3/5 of them for being spelled differently. I made them all the same except for 1 (with lowercase letters on purpose). Here is a screenshot of the same issue. I notice it's actually looking at the file path. I thought it was the disc number, but this clearly shows the disc numbers out of order too and I know why.

If I understand, the merge setting only looks for same exact files that are in different folders?

Cause the fix we're asking for is to have the remote queue see all versions of the same artist+title be looked at the same regardless of case.

I wanted to bump this post because now were several updates in and this still doesn't seem to have been addressed. It's still sorting them by disc number instead of artist name when toggling to sort by artist.

It was not acting like that in the past from what I can tell.

Every customer that signs up for another song using the same credentials is creating a new singer in the rotation rather than matching with themselves. I also had someone sign up using no name.
