I am in contact with the company! It looks like they have a prob with there system, and hopefully can be fixed soon.

I did get an unlock code in a popup, so I am not complaining about not getting it but I did not get an email with the code and I have checked my junk mail and regular mail and trash mail Unfortunately the wrong Program and unlock code was sent.
