on one of my forums, Invicon is the "preferred" software. it has so few things at the moment that Power does not, a few upgrades and it can easily kill Compuhost.

norton 360.......disable all antivirus software when you are doing this. antivirus software and players do not usually play well together.

"+" and "-" for key up and down.

exactly. i take the pics during the week. over the "weekend" i use http://www.faststone.org/FSResizerDetail.htm to batch convert them to a smaller size, between 70K and 100K like the default Siglos images are. then i put them all in 1 folder (for my purposes, "Robert Emmets Pics"...

i do not know what caused it, but when i had that issue (2 years ago) i did a system restore back to before it had problems and it went away. updated to the same version and no problems. it was apparently something in windows that went goofy....go figure. linux compatability anyone?..........bueler?...

my external is working correctly as well, no issues here.

my background images change in the allotted time i set, 20 seconds, with no problems.
