odd, i have not had these issues at all. has this only started since you upgraded to the new version? previous versions worked ok?

how about a compromise on this, have the add singer dialog always on top, but not inactivate the start button? kinda like when your online and open a folder, if you set the folder to always be on top you can still navigate online but the folder stays on top.

i use vista home, dual core amd 2.3, 2 gigs ram and it shows for about 1 second before switching. i have wondered about that, but when i hit go to next instead of letting it end by itself, then i see the next singer right away.

for the moment, if you only want that one track, leave it as the only one in the list, and under settings, set it to go to next song on fill in after each singers. this should restart it after every singer at the beginning.

agreed. let me pick a singers name, click export history, and put it into an excel or word doc to print and hand the singer something different. artist, title, key change, disk ID (for manu code) and last date performed. or are you talking about clicking one song in their history, ctrl + a and drag ...

good idea. also, how about a nightly history, or top songs done ala compuhost? i ain't about go elsewhere, but that doesn't stop the "damn i wish i could do that" envy.

that would be cool. maybe have the video camera background, but without the words displaying the singer on other tv's. i have thought about that myself, just did not think it could be done. i am also looking at a kiosk program myself, if Siglos had it's own, damn that would be cool. instant updates ...

what happens on your laptop? does it seem to take and name the file incorrectly, or does it just refuse to allow you to parse the name that way in the program?

most of those stories against it are from those who try to treat it like a standard tops, subs, amps, processing setup. just remember with the Bose, flat line your eq's, (i only bump my bass on the music to 1 o'clock and cut about 4dB of 500hz from the mics)and do not try to "make" it soun...

i use the Bose L1 m@ and 2B1's and have never looked back. i dumped my JBL MRX515 and MRX518's for it and huge improvement in sound. Sennheiser EW135G2 mics, Yamaha MG166CX board, and direct into Bose, no BBE or EQ needed.

never thought about singer names on recordings, neat idea.
and i agree with you on the column widths, just never thought of it to type it out.
