Once a singer sings a song, that song along with the key setting is saved in the data base. If you change the key the next time that person sings the song, it'll save that key.

First of all, exactly why do you want to connect your laptop to your CDG player? What do you want to accomplish? I think if you can explain exactly what you want the computer to do, it'll be easier to answer your question :D

I use the QSC K8 Active speakers. If you didn't know, active speakers need to be plugged in, therefore you will use a passive mixer. Now that's strange  When the playlist is playing, the volume you set is only for the playlist and not the karaoke volume. When you start playing the karaoke song, the volume you set is only for the karaoke. Each volume is independent of one another and if it constantly resets to 0 then someth...

Almost always, you'll experience a problem with different volume levels with your karaoke songs as well as mp3's. I would suggest trying a program called "mp3 gain". This little program will bring all of your mp3 volume to the same level

Did you try creating a log, recreate the problem and submit the log to support@powerkaraoke.com? If you are unsure how to create a log, here are the steps: 1. Run the program 2. Click in the program main window 3. Press Ctrl+Shift+L 4. Message "Log enabled" should appear 5. Restart the pro...
