Paradigm are you using the request properties, match singer, highlight name in the list that comes up, and select singer button at the bottom? That's how I been doing it and it changes remote queue name to match original singer in database. altho if they sign in with a differnt name and you match it...

with joe blow being an unmatched singer he can be held in remote queue list until you match him up..if he doesnt wanna step up you can delete him from the queue without being dropped into the rotation.

hornet the context menu is when you right click on a name in the queue it git gives a pop up list of what to do with that entry. and starting a new session clears the queue history.

A few suggestions from my guests for remote use (some mentioned before, some not): - putting the singer log in first to facillitate singer specific usage (i.e. list history etc.) -list history (I mentioned before) -with ability to select multiple songs from said history at once. -wish list of sorts....
