Tracks on CDG karaoke disc are always listed as a CDA files. You can copy such a disc using Power CDG Burner. Note, the CD drive used has to support CDG. Please download the demo and test it. It is the best way to make sure the CD drive can be used to rip/burn CDG discs.

Please check your soundcard settings. Maybe you have enabled Mute by mistake. Also, check for hardware conflicts in the Windows Control Panel.

The best way to enter the unlock code is to copy it in email you
received from us (select it with mouse and press Ctrl+C) and then to
paste into dialog box (activate unlock code edit box and press Ctrl+V).
You may also do the same for email address, as unlock code depends on it.

Since CDG format uses subcodes for lyrics it is not possible to preserve the track names as CDText. So after the CDG disc is burned the file names are gone. Thus the only solution is to print the labels or save the file names somehow before the burn process.

We are currently working on a software that would allow such a task, but I'm unable to specify exactly when it will be released.

In general, you can use any software that allows recording, for example Audacity (it is free).

You can change the compression settings for the chosen converter in Video Compression dialog box. Just select the codec and click Configure button.
