glitch - siglos karaoke professional crashes when uploading mp4 videos to database. Also, software runs incredibly slow during the search of a song in the database. Then a pop up occurs showing "we found some missing or unmatched files what do you want to do?" when i click "do nothing" the software then works fast and normal. is there a way to disable the background database checking tool that is slowing and freezing the software.

Do you have the latest release of the program installed? Does the program crashes repeatedly when importing MP4 files? You may disable "Live folders" feature in Song Database -> Live folders dialog box.
