Transferring to new laptop

I bought Siglos Pro almost 3 years ago and have found it to be wonderful. I have a "lounge act" and I program 20 songs and hit start and just go. I think the ancient lap top that I have been using might need to be replaced and I would like to transfer what I have to a new one. Can this be done?
