Question about KSF Player

Hello
I'm missing the Options button in my KSF Player UI. It's supposed to be bottom left on the screen, but it's not. (I have a screendump and maybe I'm allowed to include the link in subsequent posts.)

I have less than a week to fix and return a computer with the KSF software on it and I need help with the above problem. I've applied for entry into two other karaoke forums but they have yet to let me in, days later. So I hope I can ask here.
Part of what I was tasked with necessitates entry into Options. So I'm kinda panicking here.
Does anyone know if this is a common problem, and easily fixed?
The computer is a Lenovo Flex 2-14 with Windows 8 on it.

Thank you for your help. But it doesn't seem like KSF is part of Party Tyme. I've spent a week looking for a website that would accommodate my query, but KSF seems to be homeless on the internet. That's why I'm reaching out to third-party places.

perhaps things have changed. i know the PartyTyme rep was working as distributor for KSF player earlier.

here is the contact page for KSF, perhaps this will help.

Dead link. Party Tyme went with an online player and integration into a couple of competitors that I will not mention out of respect for Powerkaraoke.
