Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

For a couple of years, I've tried every thing, but nothing corrects the problem and support is almost no help at all. I've tried changing settings and it does not correct the basic problem. The voice starts out in sync with the music but as the song plays the voice moves ahead of the music and it's not gradual but happens in spurts. I am running the latest version of the program.
Any ideas.

What is a name of the program you are referring to? What is a format of files you are having problems with?
