Moving to new PC; don't want to rebuild database

I am moving to a new PC. I have spent many hours building my database. How can I do this without starting over?

To further clarify my question, the old PC had C and D (data) hard drives, with the Karaoke on the D drive. The new PC has only one C drive.

First you need to transfer siglos.db file located in Documents/My Karaoke. Then you may transfer your songs to a C: drive preserving a folder path, and correct database entries with a new drive letter using "Tools -> Validate Songs" in Song Database dialog box.
