Siglos Karaoke Pro - Active Backgrounds - Using Video

What video formats are supported for the active backgrounds? I know that MP4 files work great for actual karaoke tracks and for the fill-in playlist. But I am having problems trying to use an MP4 for the background.

I tried an HD MP4 file; and it played for about 30 seconds, then the entire program froze up. The song kept playing, but the video froze; plus all the buttons in the program froze too. I had to use Task Manager to kill the program and reopen it.
