Display problem with Karaoke Pro

Ran into a problem last night that I've not encountered. This is what happened:

1. Played a song for a singer and everything is working fine.
2. Song ends and fill-in music kicks in.
3. Singer is ready so I play the next song.
4. The display, which is from an infocus projector (which is the property of the venue) shows the lyrics cutoff halfway to the right.
5. I hit the full screen button and the lyric screen disappears and displays on my laptop.
6. I hit the full screen button again and the lyric screen is displayed properly from the infocus projector.
7. Next singer up and I run through steps 1 - 3 and the same problem in step 4 happens.

This happened all night long for the next four hours except for about two or three songs which displayed like it should.

Anyone run into this problem before?

One other thing, I notice that when I use the scrolling message that announces the next several singers whenever I start a song the scrolling stops for a second or two then continues. If I click on the go to next button while a song is playing the same thing happens.
