i am having a problem where only three windows do not save when closed.
1) quick singers
2) quick songs
3) remote queue
every time i open SKP, they are reset to the default positions no matter where i put them before closing.
every other window stays where placed each session.

Paradigm, all the windows you mentioned stays in place for me. Did you try v52? Check out Piotr's last entry. This is v52 that hasn't gone live yet.

2.2.1.2 and i still have the same issue.
this is how i set up the screens
this is what it opens to every time
it's odd to only be those three windows.
i have done the registry reset again to make sure, but it does not seem to be doing ANYTHING at all. nothing moved, nothing reset, everything is just the way it was before the reset.
so i used a third party uninstaller to remove any resiuals, and THEN manually went and removed and reference to karaoke, siglos, doblon, from the registry and it went back to default. reset the screens manually, saved the settings, new session, close, then reopen and same thing.
really odd.
***update***
just went all the way back to version 1.70 and the quick songer quick song screens have the same defect which did NOT happen before. so something is corrupted in a file that is not being deleted in the uninstall, edited by the reset script, nor found in the registry by a keyword search.
where can i look Piotr?

ok, found the issue, but not a solution.
it happens when the window is too close to the edge of the screen.
if you look at how my screens are set up, even though there is a gap between the window and the edge of the screes with desktop showing, it is too close and that is what triggers the reset.
if i pull it a bit more away from the edge, it does not reset.
i hope this helps Piotr.
