siglos shutting down

purchased Siglos Karaoke Professional recently. this last week had a karaoke party and about every 6-10 songs the software would just shut down and when I opened it back up it said it was not shutdown properly and asked if i wanted to see the siglos log. Any ideas why this might happen??
