Queue: My Songs Only show 5

Remote Queue: My Songs: only displaying 5 songs. I have tested with several different singers.
Any thoughts? I can't find any settings that may have an effect.

Is the program unlocked? When was the program purchased?

Yes, purchased (but recently renewed after it lapsed for a couple of weeks). Is there something that needs to reset after renewing?

Yes, purchased and received. I see (now) that the new code is different than my old code.
Assuming this is the (obvious) issue:
How do I deactivate the old code and activate the new one?

Please open Help -> Unlock while having CTRL key pressed.
