Post by Vangy »

I have search many programs...and i think siglos is the best out there,..the only thing it misses is the real time effects that a real pro hardware have in a karaoke bar etc.. something like echo, reverb would be really cool for future..

This is great for the professional, but for the home user, it would be nice to have those things built-in to the non-pro version so we could have what we want at home.

what are you plugging your mic into? most computers can not take an xlr input from a mic.

You could use something like this mixer. It's inexpensive and will suit your home karaoke setup. It has all the effects you will ever need for home karaoke.

What kind of speakers are you using? Don't use home stereo speakers because it's not designed for live singing. You'll eventually blow the speakers,
