Render though GPU request

I bought "Power CD+G to MP4 Karaoke Converter" around 2 weeks ago. I rendered some files and watched it did though Task Manager and Ffdshow libavcodec H264 in Task Bar, here are what I saw:
- CPU was always at 100% while GPU was sitting there doing nothing
- libavcodec H264 is not up to date (2015!!!!)
Feature Requests:
I do know that the new libavicodec could do H264 and even H265 though GPU, it's much faster than rendered by CPU, releases the pressure from CPU a lot.
Please update your programs and libavcodec to render though GPU according to new modern computers working on multimedia programs, save time and save pain on the CPU.
