So good karaoke pro help!

I've been using siglos karaoke Pro for 3 years and I love it but I need help! For some reason the singer announcements scroll is only showing singers with 0 Songs?! I've installed the newest update, I've checked every setting I can think of , and the scrolling message will only show up when the singers have no song in their que??? Help!! Very frustrated
