CDG Burner

I am a regular customer of Power Karaoke Products. On April 15th I purchased CDG Burner under reference number #194424. I have sent two emails to the support address. Today I verified the cost of the software has been taken from my bank account, but still now Download Instruction email or Unlock codes have been sent. Is your company experiencing some problems? When I have upgraded in the past, I always got the return emails with unlock codes within 24 hours.

Please help me get my unlock codes as I am putting together my next performance show!

The unlock code has been e-mailed to you three times. Please check your spam folder.

The unlock code has been e-mailed to the alternate e-mail address you have provided as well.

I just upgraded my power cdg burner2...and it won't alow me to drag and drop my cdg files to my burn list ??? never had this issue before ...any ideas on a fix...any help would be appreicated
