Post here if you have purchased our software and not received the unlock key

Today I tried several times to enter the info in the help icon on the PowerKaraoke software. I entered my.personal info as well as the unlock code, to which I've copied and past, several times yet it didn't work to upgrade me out of trial demo mode to pro mode. So I'm thinking it might not work for me because I didn't register. I had no idea I needed to do that but If I was given one I don't have it anymore. Can you guys send me another one? If you do where do I insert it? Hopefully that may help my situation.
I think I was given another number to register with, but if I did, I don't have it anymore, could someone help please, I'm still in trial demo mode after copying and pasting the unlock code
