I have not received an unlock code
I purchased a subscription renewal for Siglos Karaoke Pro on July 31. The payment was processed by PayPal on August 3. I have not yet received an unlock code at [email protected]. (I have checked the spam folder.) Can you please send the unlock code?

An unlock code was e-mailed to you on a day the order was placed. I've sent it again. Should you not receive it, please let me know.
