Purchased PowerCD-G Burner Software - I think - need code

HI,
I purchased the PowerCD-G burner software last night, online. However, I am not sure the purchase went through correctly, as after I hit the "PAY' button, I got just a blank screen that said verified by visa in the top tab, but the page was completely blank.
I have been waiting for my unlock code, and have not yet received it.
I checked my credit card, but the payment does not show there yet.
I am not sure the payment went through.....I have not received any emails from the company.
Can someone verify for me?
