Siglo crashes when trying to play mpg

When trying to play video Karaoke mpg files, Siglo crashes and shuts down.

Any clues?

You may try to install the K-Lite Basic Pack:

I am having the same problem. I installed the suggested software and it did nothing except load my computer full of adware and spyware. And still no changes in the fact that my siglos is crashing every time I click start. It just started this problem this week. I had to cancel a show due to this, losing the night's income.

After finding out the added software did not help, I had to go all the way in to the registry to fully delete the spyware and adware that was working perfectly.

Is there a certain setting in the K-Lite basic that I should look for?

Are you having problems with MPEG files only?
