Siglos - Preview screen gone and crash when adding videos

Hi - I'm a long time user of Siglos Karaoke Pro and was very excited to see the "YouTube" feature so I upgraded, however, since doing so my preview screen is gone (I still get the full screen on the secondary monitor but I also used to have a preview on the primary monitor because I can't always see the singers screen).

Also, whenever I open the program it no longer seems to place the windows (player, playlist) in the last spot I had them. Of course the preview is also missing. It's a pain having to rearrange everything every time I open the program. It didn't used to do this.

I'm also noting that most of the time when I add a singer to the queue with a "video" song, e.g. something downloaded using youtube or another video. The program crashes and whoever is singing at the time gets a little upset. This can be quite embarassing in a busy bar. I've previously run the program during gigs for months without a crash but am crashing several times a night now when I forget to wait for the current song to be over before adding a new video song.

I was on Siglos Pro 2.0.13 and have just upgraded to 2.0.16 but that doesn't seem to have fixed anything.

I'm using the same version as you're using and I'm not experiencing any of the problems you have. As far as the preview screen goes, on the right side of the main window under "show windows" there's 5 buttons. Click on the preview button and you're preview window should be back.

There is a default script that will revert all of the settings on KP back to default. But after you run the script, you will have to reset all of the settings to your liking. I have the web address of the last known script, but I'm not sure if it is for the most current version since it was just updated recently. This is the address:

Thanks Hornet59 - I see the "show windows" and have hit the preview and lo and behold there it is. I've never paid attention to that side of the screen before. I was searching through options and everything I could possibly think of and the answer was staring me straight in the face! I will hang my head in shame!

Activating the preview window also seems to have resolved the windows placement issue on launch so that's a relief. Now if only I could get the program to remember the widths of the columns on the playlist screen I'd be really happy.

Will keep an eye on the adding video songs causing the crash...

The width of the columns is just something you have to live with. KP has been that way since I first started using it and I don't think it is high on the to-do list for corrections
