C'mon guys .... we've been bragging for a long time that the best tech support is right here. All of a sudden nothing! No Update ... No Nothing!

Dana can't recommend KP to the other KJ until 25.1 is fixed! Make us proud again that we have the best of the best tech support!!!

I have the runtime error sometimes, I restart the program and it works fine. sometimes i'll let the laptop totally load up before I start the program and it seems to work most of the time. I am running on win 8.1. I am not in a hurry like these other guys ;) It is the 2.21.1 that I am running.

Are you getting closer to a fix for 25.1? At least give us some kind of info about how things are going. All of a sudden you guys just stopped talking. Is it that bad?

You need to save the file on your computer using File -> Save in your Internet browser, and then run the file by double-clicking it.

I really think we'll need to stay with 24 until the new version comes out.

Adam, I downloaded file and then saved it to my Download folder but it just copied it to there was still in my download on my browser. Clicked on it and it opened to run. I clicked run and then the text box opens up. nothing else to do and in makes no difference and no file runs. I am staying with 24, and just waiting on you guys to come up with a fix. This is just to much now. Maybe I will just go back to 24 and forget updates if it works don't fix it.

Please run regedit program (type in regedit in command line), and use File -> Import command to apply the file.
